Refund Policy

  • If we are unable to do the session due to mechanical failure your personal deposit will be refunded 100%.
  • In the event of bad weather or illness, we will issue a rain check good for the amount already paid and not used.
  • All other refunds will be handled on an individual basis.

Payments

  • Deposit of 50% due for securing date and time.
  • Cash, check and charge are accepted as payments.
  • Payment is due in full before hitting the water.
  • Payment will be collected at meeting place or at Stateamind Pro Shop.

Cancellations

  • Within 14 days of reservation = 100% refund.
  • Within 6-13 days of reservation = 50% refund.
  • Within 1-5 days of reservation = 25% refund.
